Необходими продукти:
За салатата:
1 салата Айсберг (или зелена салата)
1 круша
1 авокадо
100 г синьо сирене
1/3 чаша карамелизирани орехи
За дресинга:
1 с.л. горчица
1 с.л. мед
2-3 с.л. зехтин
сокът от 1/2 лимон
кората на 1/2 лимон, настъргана

1 Iceberg lettuce (or lettuce)
1 Pear
1 Avocado
100 g blue cheese
1/3 cup caramelized walnuts
For the dressing:
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of half lemon
Zest of 1/2 lemon

Начин на приготвяне:
Първо приготвяме дресинга, като смесваме в купичка или сосиера горчицата, меда, зехтина, лимоновия сок и настърганата кора от лимон. Разбъркваме добре, докато се получи хомогенна смес и оставяме настрана.
Накъсваме или нарязваме почистената и измита салата Айсберг.
Почистваме крушата от семената и нарязваме на тънки резенчета, без да я белим.
Обелваме и нарязваме на тънки резенчета и авокадото.
Смесваме в голяма купа нарязаните салата, круша и авокато и разбъркваме.
Поръсваме с настърганото или натрошено синьо сирене и карамелизираните орехи.
Овкусяваме с дресинга.
Поднасяме като предястие или като по-екзотична гарнитура :)
First prepare dressing by mixing in a bowl or sauce-boat mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix well and leave aside.
Tear or cut the cleaned and washed iceberg lettuce.
Core the pear and cut into thin slices without peeling.
Peel the avocado and cut into thin slices also.
Mix in a large bowl salad, pear and avocaso and mix.
Sprinkle with shreded or crumbled blue cheese and caramelized walnuts.
Season with dressing.
Serve as an appetizer or an exotic side dish:)

ReplyDeleteThere's no cherry tomatoes in there and I am not really sure what you may see as red - probably the caramel pieces from the caramelized walnuts, that go perfect with the salad :)
